It's important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time ,and other clients waiting for their appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and service providers, booking appointments are subject to the following terms:
We take a small deposit for all our appointment slots, as they are in such high demand.
We want to make sure we don't waste anyone's time.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment! If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do it by sending us an email or giving us a call any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. If you don't cancel your appointment or don't show up for the scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "NO SHOW". No shows will be charged 50% of the initial cost of the procedure.
Appointments occurring within the next 72 hours (48 hours for annual refreshers) may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.
